ProfitPilot is trading software. A subscription is access to the product during the paid period. This site is not investment advice. ProfitPilot is not a broker and does not hold customer funds.
1. Subscriptions
Apache, Falcon, Raptor, and Velocity are paid product tiers. Current list prices: Apache $29 / month ($290 / year), Falcon $69 / month ($690 / year), Raptor $149 / month ($1,490 / year), Velocity $249 / month ($2,490 / year). Annual billing is priced as ten months.
Tier names, features, and future prices may change. A paid term is access for that term. Cancel through PayPal to stop the next renewal. A product change is not an automatic refund.
Expert-class is a ProfitPilot tier label for Raptor and Velocity. It is not a professional license and not a performance claim.
2. Product and website
The live product is www.profitpilot.dev. Preview hosts and other project names are not the production site. Features, layout, and artwork may be updated.
3. Accounts and access
Customers keep their exchange accounts, funds, and private keys. Live orders require trade-only API access on the customer’s device. ProfitPilot does not store API secrets.
Subscriptions include practice trading, AI copilots, and market notices. Live trading uses the customer’s own exchange account.
4. Risk
ProfitPilot is not a broker, exchange, bank, commodity trading advisor, or registered investment adviser. ProfitPilot does not manage customer money.
Trading involves risk of loss, including total loss of capital. Past results are not future results. Software notices are not investment advice.
Do not trade funds you cannot afford to lose. Customers choose size, risk limits, practice or live mode, and whether an order is sent. Do not use live trading where local law requires a license ProfitPilot does not hold.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. ProfitPilot does not receive card numbers. Cancel through PayPal. An incomplete checkout does not activate the product.
6. Education features
Hangar and School are educational. Flight practice in Hangar is not a pilot license and not market advice.
Optional adult features are off by default. They require age confirmation (18+) and an explicit opt-in on a paid cockpit. They are not part of Hangar.
7. Vendors
ProfitPilot is a commercial product. It is not published as open source.
The service uses third parties that may change, including fonts, PayPal, public market-data providers, GeoFS for Hangar, Vercel, and GitHub. Public market data can be delayed or unavailable.
